Job summary

Kids Planet Blackpool is recruiting a Deputy Manager to support day-to-day nursery operations, lead a friendly team and ensure a safe, engaging environment for every child.

You’ll work alongside the manager, apply your Level 3 UK Early Years qualifications, champion EYFS best practice and safeguarding, and build strong relationships with families while driving accredited training through our KP Academy.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Proven safeguarding knowledge and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager with daily nursery operations.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families and external agencies.
• Guide and support the nursery team while ensuring child safety and EYFS delivery.
