Busy Bees Bicester Kingsmere is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Centre Director and lead daily operations in a Good Ofsted-rated setting. You will drive educational excellence, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

The ideal candidate has Level 3+ in early years, leadership experience in an early years setting, strong communication, and a passion for curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years education is required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in an early years setting.
• Proven track record of delivering educational excellence and curriculum development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with teamwork focus.
• Experience maintaining regulatory health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and educational standards.
• Develop and deliver an engaging curriculum tailored to children’s needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold health and safety policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff for a cohesive team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional centre experiences for families.
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and recruitment.
• Support financial planning and sustainment of centre operations.
