Kido Isleworth Nursery & Preschool is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary range of £33,000–£39,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

Reporting to Burcin Kurklu, you will lead operations, manage staff, and uphold safeguarding and early years standards at the Isleworth setting. You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality early years education, maintaining health and safety, and driving family partnerships while advancing the nursery's

Formación

• Must hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English including functional skills required if Level 3 obtained after 2014.
• Experience in management in Early Years is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursery operations by ensuring smooth day-to-day running and high standards of care, education, and compliance.
• Manage and develop staff through supervision, appraisals, coaching, training, induction, and professional development.
• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) overseeing safeguarding practices and child protection procedures.
• Maintain health and safety compliance including risk assessments, fire drills, and COSHH regulations.
• Build strong relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure EYFS and Ofsted compliance and inspection readiness.
• Drive high-quality teaching and learning by supporting curriculum delivery and observations.
• Oversee staffing and resource management, uphold ratios and accurate record-keeping.
• Support nursery growth and occupancy through tours and events.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and champion equality and diversity.
