Kido Isleworth Nursery & Preschool is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager. You will lead day-to-day nursery operations, supervise staff, and uphold safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards. This role reports to the Nursery leadership and supports family relationships and curriculum delivery.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, at Isleworth TW7 4JU. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 childcare qualification, has management experience in Early Years, and meets Level 2 Maths and English

Qualifications

• Essential childcare qualification Level 3 minimum.
• Experience in management in Early Years.
• Level 2 Maths and English qualifications if Level 3 obtained after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery operations and ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance.
• Manage and develop staff through supervision, coaching, and training.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and oversee safeguarding practices.
