Job summary

Willing Care Ltd is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager for an experienced leadership role in a child-centred Early Years setting. You will support the Nursery Manager, oversee daily operations, and drive high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS.

You will lead and develop the Early Years team, ensure safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met, and participate in Ofsted preparation and continuous improvement across the setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting
• Lead, motivate and develop the Early Years team
• Maintain high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS
• Oversee nursery operations in the Manager's absence
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements are met
• Support staff supervision, recruitment and development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Assist with Ofsted preparation and continuous improvement

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming Early Years setting that places children's individual interests, development and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.
