Deputy Manager - Nursery in Horsham

We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a beautiful, newly opened nursery facility in Horsham, opening in October 2024. The nursery features a stunning 3-room layout with a large outdoor area. Currently, two rooms are operational, with a third baby room opening in the summer.

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager with a background in fast-paced nursery environments, strong management skills, and a passion for creating a positive working environment for staff.

What you will need:

• Experience as a Room Leader and Deputy Manager
• Ability to manage and develop staff
• Excellent relationship-building skills with parents and the ability to act as the go-to person in the manager’s absence
• Lead by example and support room leaders when necessary
• Ability to plan and structure activities within rooms
