Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN or RMN) for a brand-new luxury care home for older adults. This is a high‑end, purpose‑built setting with a focus on personalised, dignified care and exceptional clinical governance.

The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £45,000. You will support the Home Manager, supervise the nursing and care teams, develop care plans, ensure CQC compliance, and maintain strong links with GPs and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
• Experience as Deputy Manager or senior nurse in a nursing home.
• Experience in elderly care, including dementia and complex nursing needs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in daily operational and clinical duties.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing and care teams.
• Ensure person-centred care plans are delivered, reviewed, and updated.
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal quality policies.
• Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
