Deputy Nurse Manager Opportunity in Knutsford

A nursing home in the Knutsford area is seeking an experienced RGN, RMN, or RNLD Registered Nurse to join as Deputy Manager.

Position Details:

1. Permanent contract, full-time day shifts
2. Hourly rate of £24.00 (£46,800 per annum)

Responsibilities:

As Deputy Nurse Manager, your duties include coordinating and managing care and nursing staff, supporting clinical audits, overseeing clinical and personal care delivery, and maintaining clinical records in line with CQC standards.

Candidate Requirements:

1. NMC registered Adult General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
2. Previous deputy manager experience
3. Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of nurses and HCAs
4. Good knowledge of CQC standards
