- Create and update individual care plans for residents.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
- Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
- Hands on nursing duties.
- Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
- Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
- Assist the Registered Manager in running the Home.

- Working 48 hours per week – 4 x 12 hour shifts from 8am-8pm

The ideal Deputy Nurse Manager will have:- Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment at Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager level
- Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD

- Ability to create and maintain accurate care plans and medication records.
- Excellent clinical skills
