Responsibilities

• Support Head of MFL in implementing the departmental improvement plan.
• Lead development and review of the Spanish curriculum for KS3/KS4.
• Promote high-quality teaching and share best practice with colleagues.
• Collaborate on assessment, moderation and feedback approaches.
• Analyse student performance to identify gaps and plan interventions.
• Contribute to the running and organisation of the department.
• Deputise for the Head of MFL when required.
