Compass Community Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children's home in the UK. The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Residential Worker or current Deputy Manager aiming to develop leadership within residential childcare.

You will support the Registered Manager, ensure high-quality child-centred care, supervise staff, and maintain safeguarding and education standards while building positive relationships with young people.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Childcare.
• Valid manual driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead with life skills to improve a child’s wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Supervise staff, lead shifts, rota planning, and run staff meetings.
• Ensure placement plans are followed and policies and risk assessments are kept up to date.
