Compass Community in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children’s home to support the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, child-centred care. You will use your leadership experience to supervise staff, organise shifts and placements, support education, and ensure safeguarding, policies and risk assessments are followed.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare.
• Valid manual driving licence is required.
