Compass Community in Nottingham is seeking a Deputy Manager for a children’s home to support the Registered Manager, supervise staff, and lead shifts, ensuring safeguarding and high quality, child‑centred care.

We welcome experienced Senior Residential Workers looking to advance into leadership. You must be 22+ with NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, at least 2 years’ experience, and a valid driving licence. Competitive rewards and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare.
