Job summary

The Bridge Tap (Stonegate Group) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support food prep, maintain cleanliness, and assist with stock and orders. You will help ensure high-quality dishes are served to guests and contribute to a busy, friendly kitchen environment.

We welcome applicants who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and able to work well with others. The role offers flexible working within a vibrant pub setting near Borough Market and London Bridge.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or kitchen roles is preferred.
• Able to assist with orders, stock checks and hygiene practices.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a busy kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and produce high-quality dishes to spec.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Oversee deliveries and assist with stock control.
• Suggest ideas to improve kitchen performance with the team.

• The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at The Bridge Tap
• The experience to maintain kitchen equipment

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
