You'll support the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering sales and profit targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and support action plans to drive store performance.
