Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee daily centre operations and lead a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure policy compliance across the venue.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management within leisure, hospitality or retail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service and team development. A dynamic, energetic workplace with opportunities for progression.

The Role

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:
