Home Bargains is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, inspire the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly during busy periods. You'll coach colleagues, handle customer queries, and role-model excellent service, shaping a welcoming, high-performing retail environment.

With a track record in supervising fast-paced teams and delivering strong sales, you’ll help grow leaders and contribute to our fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets.
• Experience managing a varied range of retail categories.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer service.
