You will supervise staff, contribute to assessments, and maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and the care team. The role requires leadership, a background in direct care, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• NVQ3 in Direct Care is required; willingness to work towards Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with residents, relatives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager to run the home daily.
• Supervise and monitor the home team and ensure high standards.
• Liaise with residents, their families, and prospective employees.
• Contribute to assessments and care reviews and act as a point of contact for the team.
