Job summary
Hospitality & Retail Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager for a friendly site in Hampshire. You will support the GM with day-to-day management and drive trade while developing the team. Live-in accommodation is available.

Qualifications
- Experience in a fresh food environment.
- Ability to plan functions and events.

- Drive service and maintain standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Seek innovative ways to drive trade and increase takings.
- Train and develop the hospitality team.
- Back-of-House reporting and basic admin tasks.
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day management.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front and manage daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of service and food quality.
- Plan and coordinate function/shift schedules and events.
- Coach and develop front-line and back-of-house staff.
- Support GM with operational decisions and reporting.
- Drive trade with proactive guest experience and upselling.
