Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or Senior Care Coordinator in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Good working knowledge of IT and care management systems.
• Ability to communicate with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the service and branch performance.
• Report into the Registered Manager.
• Oversee staff rotas and scheduling to ensure continuity of care.
• Act as a key contact for clients, families, and external professionals.
• Ensure care delivery remains compliant with legislation and CQC standards.
• Deliver supervision, learning & development, and quality improvements for branch growth.
