Cygnet is seeking a confident Deputy Manager to lead care teams at Dean Grange (Broadoak, Newnham) and Milestones (Cinderford). The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on-call support for the Service Manager, delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Responsibilities include safeguarding, staff development, and collaboration with families, authorities and regulators to raise care standards and outcomes.

• Experience in mental health and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
