Job summary

You will support the Registered Manager, lead a team of care professionals, and uphold safeguarding standards while helping children and young people with autism and learning disabilities to become more independent.

The role requires a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare, a full UK driving licence, and at least two years of operational experience in health and social care.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required.
