iBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a cluster of Adults Supported Living services across Birmingham, working closely with the Registered Manager to drive quality of care and CQC compliance.

You will provide strong people management across sites, supervise staff, and deputise during absences while ensuring person-centred, safe support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. A Level 5 Leadership diploma is essential.

Formación

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven experience in a similar level role supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs – essential
• Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and the fundamental standards, with experience supporting inspections – essential
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation of a cluster of Supported Living services
• Deputise for the Registered Manager during leave or absence
• Provide 2nd line on-call support outside core hours
• Drive quality of care that is person-centred and outcome-focused
• Be a visible presence across multiple sites, supporting staff and residents
• Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing staff training
• Ensure CQC compliance before, during and after inspections
