Agincare Enable is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and shape services across Dorset, with Wareham as the base. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee multiple services, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care while meeting regulatory KPIs.
You will lead teams, manage rotas and budget considerations, promote continuous improvement, and maintain strong stakeholder relations. A hands-on leader with driving licence is essential.
Ready to lead with purpose and make a real difference every day? Agincare Enable is looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to help shape and strengthen our services across the Dorset region, with Wareham as your primary base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident care leader who wants to support exceptional teams, champion person-centred care and help people live with greater independence, choice and quality of life. If you thrive on variety, responsibility and making things happen, this could be the role where your leadership truly matters.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day success of our services, working closely with the Registered Manager to provide confident operational support, visible leadership and clear oversight across the team.
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will help ensure that every service we deliver is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led. You will support teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while helping to maintain strong standards against organisational expectations and regulatory KPIs.
You will make sure the people we support receive care that truly reflects their individual needs, with regular reviews, thoughtful planning and a consistent focus on dignity, independence, safety, quality of life and positive outcomes.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help keep services running smoothly, support staff to perform at their best and step up with confidence to take full responsibility when needed. It is a varied, influential role for someone who enjoys leading by example and making a meaningful difference every day.
