Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the care team and oversee daily operations in a Swindon-area care home. You will ensure safe, person-centred care, support the Registered Manager and cover in their absence as needed.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, proven team leadership, and a QCF Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care, with a solid understanding of CQC standards.

As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading the care team to ensure that the care delivered to our resident is safe, supportive and person-centred. You will ensure that these needs are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet their current requirements, and ensure the general standards of hygiene and cleanliness and equipment are maintained for their safety and wellbeing. You will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, assuming full capacity in their absence.
