Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Edgehill Care Home in Swindon to lead the care team and ensure safe, person-centred support that residents are proud to call home. You will support the Registered Manager, supervise care assistants, carry out care audits, keep accurate records, and liaise with families and professionals while applying CQC key lines of enquiry to meet regulatory standards.
This role is 42 hours per week with a salary up to £42,000 per annum.

As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading the care team to ensure that the care delivered to our resident is safe, supportive and person-centred. You will ensure that these needs are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet their current requirements, and ensurethe general standards of hygiene and cleanliness and equipment are maintained for their safety and wellbeing. You will support to the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, assuming full capacity in their absence.
