Location : Fareham - Salisbury ( two roles available)

Salary : £40,810 up to £43,000 perannum

Hours : 37.5hoursperweek

WorkingPattern : PredominantlyMondaytoFriday,officehours; however,flexibilitywillberequiredtoworkshiftsonthefloorasneededtomeettheneedsofthehome.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our Ofsted- registered children’s home in Fareham o Salisbury Standards of care and compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the young people in our care.

You will lead and support the staff team, contribute to care planning, and ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and organisational policies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to step up into a leadership position or for an existing Deputy Manager seeking a new challenge.
