Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a driven Deputy Manager to inspire their team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at Slug And Lettuce in Plymouth. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet our standards and contribute to our vision.

In this role you will provide clear guidance, support the General Manager, maintain consistency in standards, and foster an inclusive environment where guests feel valued. 18+ is required due to alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• 18+ requirement due to alcohol sales.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume pub environment is desirable.
• Strong guest-service mindset with a focus on inclusion and guidance of staff.
