Job summary

Slug & Lettuce Plymouth is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide the team, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience.

You’ll coach and mentor staff, support the management team to deliver the venue’s vision, and maintain high standards and compliance while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role is based in the Barbican area of Plymouth, within Stonegate Group's growing pub portfolio. Experience in hospitality and strong leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to sale of alcohol.
• Hospitality experience is beneficial.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Slug And Lettuce. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
