Job summary

Slug And Lettuce in Plymouth is seeking a Team Leader to coach and motivate the team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

You will work with the management team to deliver the venue vision, maintain standards and a welcoming atmosphere, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role supports flexible working, development programmes, and staff discounts as part of a supportive team in a popular naval town.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a hospitality team.
