Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Deputy Manager for Brandling Arms. You will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, lead a motivated team and ensure guests have memorable moments through exceptional service and hospitality.

You will be instrumental in training, guiding staff development and achieving business targets, while reflecting the brand’s personality across a busy Castle Pubs site.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a General Manager in a busy hospitality site.
• Ability to train and inspire a diverse team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Proactive role modelling and staff development.
• Strong guest care and hosting to create memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Lead by example and guide team development.
• Ensure guests are well cared for and hosted.
