Stonegate Group is hiring a Deputy Manager for Slug And Lettuce in Lincoln. The role focuses on mentoring the team, aligning with the General Manager to deliver our vision, and upholding service standards to create memorable guest experiences.

You will foster an inclusive environment and support continuous improvement across shifts, with opportunities for development and recognition within a vibrant pub group.
