Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Deputy Manager for Miller & Carter in Fleet. You’ll support the General Manager, inspire and develop the team, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

This permanent, full-time role offers management responsibilities, staff training, and opportunities for progression within a leading hospitality group. Fleet location with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience required in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are well cared for and have memorable experiences.
• Aim to meet business targets and drive performance.
