Job summary

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with care plans, and delivering training to staff to improve practice, with a focus on dementia care and safeguarding. We operate 57 homes across England and invest in induction and NVQ pathways.

Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to enhance the skills of the care team, drawing on your personal and professional expertise to ensure that our residents receive the necessary support.

Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager include administering medications, assisting with the creation of care plans, and helping staff improve their skills and knowledge in this field. You will also support the care team in honing their practices.
