The Old Rectory in Brede, East Sussex, part of Priory, is seeking a compassionate Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager and lead our dedicated care team. You will help ensure a safe, warm and welcoming environment for residents and families while delivering the highest standards of person-centred care on every shift.
You will be instrumental in staff inductions, ongoing training and ensuring regulatory compliance (CQC/RQIA).
The Old Rectory is a residential service, which is located in the village of Brede, in East Sussex.
We support 15 males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability.
The service is located in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

This role is split to do 8 hours supernumerary and 32 hours on the floor.
