Job summary

Walkabout is seeking a driven Deputy Manager to lead a high-energy pub team on Broad Street, Birmingham. You will inspire staff, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and support the General Manager to realise our vision. The role emphasizes inclusivity, consistency, and a vibrant hospitality culture.

Applicants should have leadership experience in pubs or bars, with a passion for customer service, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service, safety and fun for guests seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to guide and develop a team in a fast‑paced pub environment.
• Comfortable delivering consistent standards and guest experiences.
