Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd in Boldon, South Tyneside, is recruiting a Deputy Manager (Homecare) to support the Registered Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This hybrid office and field-based role includes some home working where appropriate and a salary of £29,000+ for full-time hours.

You will lead and develop care staff, undertake customer assessments and care planning, and help ensure safeguarding, audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Adult social care experience, ideally domiciliary care.
• Experience supervising or leading care staff.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, supportive leadership style.
• Full UK driving licence - essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager and lead care staff.
• Carry out customer assessments, reviews and care plans.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join an established home care provider, supporting the Registered Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a varied hybrid office and field-based role, with some home working available where appropriate.

The Role

You're helping lead the service, supporting Care Assistants and ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care.
