Quantum Care’s Jubilee Court Care Home in Stevenage is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for a 12-month contract. The role supports the Home Manager to deliver compassionate, person-centred care within a 91-bed care home offering residential, dementia and respite care.

Located in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links, Jubilee Court provides a modern environment with landscaped gardens and dedicated staff. The role requires leadership and a focus on quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Deputy or Team Leader is required.
• Strong management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in care settings and people management preferred.

• Support the Home Manager to ensure smooth operation of Jubilee Court.
