Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for Juniper House Residential Care Home in Worcester. The role covers day-to-day operations, leadership of staff, and building strong relationships with residents and families.

40 hours per week, with a salary of £40,144 per annum. You will support the Home Manager, lead a team to deliver high-quality personalised care, and play an active part in enriching social activities while fostering a positive, inclusive culture across the home.
