Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Worcester is seeking a Deputy Manager for Juniper House Residential Care Home to lead daily operations and deliver personalised care across the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager to uphold our standards and encourage a compassionate, inclusive culture.

With 40 hours per week and a salary of £40,144 per annum, you’ll focus on building trusted relationships with residents, families and staff, while guiding colleagues to excel.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting.
• Leadership skills to guide colleagues and deliver high-quality care.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families and staff.

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care.
