Anchor is seeking an experienced Team Leader or Deputy Home Manager to lead Hatfield House in Doncaster, a care home for older people, with up to 49 residents. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain standards.

This not-for-profit role focuses on empowering staff, ensuring a compassionate, person-centred approach, and maintaining safe, welcoming environments.

Formación

• Experience as Team Leader or Deputy Home Manager in a care setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and regulatory inspections.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
