Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking a Deputy/Team Leader to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional care within our home. You will lead shifts, oversee care quality and ensure residents receive dignity, comfort and joy.

You will hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and work with a caring, values-driven team. DBS/Police checks may be required based on guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Deputy or Team Leader required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• DBS/Police checks may be required for working with vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility with Home Manager to ensure smooth operation of the home.

Job description

• You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home
• You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
  Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required
• Leadership experience
• Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• You'll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
