CareTech Group is looking for a Deputy Home Manager for a residential children's home in Telford. Rated Good in all areas by OFSTED and accommodating up to 6 young people.

Our children have learning disabilities, autism and may be non-verbal; communications include picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton. Experience in residential childcare, Level 4 CYPP, full driving licence, and willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends are required; we offer competitive salary, induction,

This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager to join our home in Telford . The home is rated Good in all areas with OFSTED and has an excellent reputation with the local authorities. The home can accommodate up to 6 Young people, all the Children & Young People we support have a learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy and can display some associated behaviours. Many of our children (not all) are non-verbal or have limited communication and will communicate with us through different methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton.
