Job description

As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise and coach colleagues to provide an empathetic and exceptional service.

HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. Your positive energy, ability to build relationships, and mentorship skills are essential. You should be able to manage your time effectively, maintain meaningful records, and communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
