Salary: £38,250 - £42,000 per annum (depending on qualifications)

Number of Sleeps Required: As per rota
Pay Per Sleep: £55.00
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, trauma, and complex needs
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3/4 in 'Children and Young People's Workforce'
Experience in Years Required: Experience in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support and work alongside the Registered Manager in overseeing the development of both staff and young people in placement. You will be responsible for budget management, placement planning, risk assessments, and ensuring the highest standards of care. The role requires someone who can lead shifts, model best practices, and collaborate with multi-agency partners.
You must be committed to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children, and ensuring their needs are met in a nurturing and supportive environment. You will also be expected to challenge discrimination and ensure the home aligns with the ethos of care plans.
