CareTech seeks a Deputy Home Manager for our residential home in Telford, supporting up to 6 young people with learning disabilities. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care in a nurturing, safeguarding-focused environment.
The role requires Level 4 CYPP or equivalent, a full driving licence, and willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends. A car is provided during shifts.

The home can accommodate up to 6 Young people, all the Children & Young People we support have a learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy and can display some associated behaviours. Many of our children (not all) are non-verbal or have limited communication and will communicate with us through different methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton. Experience in Residential Childcare Environment Level 4 Children's and Young People or equivalent Driver (company provide a car during working hours) Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
