Job summary

Electus Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager to join Saintfield Lodge Care Home in the Belfast area. You will support the Home Manager, oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding resident care.

You will lead a team, supervise staff, and coordinate training, with a focus on person-centred care, effective medication processes, and a positive, collaborative culture across the home.

Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our exceptional team at Electus Healthcare in Saintfield Lodge Care Home. This role is pivotal in supporting the management of our care homes and ensuring that we provide outstanding care to our residents. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Pay rate £24.73 - £27.50 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement person-centred care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
