Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure the level of care meets standards and to take responsibility in the Home Manager’s absence, while guiding colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-led care within our homes.

You’ll lead with kindness, mentor staff, manage time effectively, and keep meaningful records to support residents with dementia and other complex needs in a caring, inclusive environment.

Job description

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
