Job summary

Northfield Manor Primary Academy seeks an experienced Deputy Head Teacher to support the Head Teacher with strategic leadership, policy development and driving school improvement within Victoria Academies Trust.

The post leads teaching and learning, whole-school assessment, safeguarding and staff development. It is non-class-based by default, with occasional teaching possible, and a focus on inclusive education for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading schools or large departments.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching.
