Tanners Brook Primary School in Southampton is seeking an exceptional deputy headteacher to lead on Inclusion. You will shape the strategic direction of an inclusive primary school and influence outcomes for children and families.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work with Co-Headteachers to promote safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, including disadvantaged pupils, while contributing to wider leadership of the school.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced and successful school leader with a track record of improving outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and readiness to lead as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Passionate about inclusion and removing barriers for all children.
• Ability to inspire and challenge colleagues and work with families and external partners.

• Lead safeguarding and child protection across the school as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Strategic leadership of inclusion, pupil premium and disadvantaged pupils.
• Drive improvements in attendance and behaviour.
• Lead personal development, wellbeing and PSHE/RSE curriculum.
